You can make a personal appointment in Frankfurt, where Matthias Kieser will show you his watches and advise you on the configuration. But we are also happy to advise you by phone and by mail, video calls are also possible.
Of course, we wear surgical masks and make sure there is sufficient distance. We also air the room after every appointment. The watches are all disinfected. We ask you to adhere to the applicable Corona rules as well.

Matthias Kieser has a small workshop where he makes your watches with a lot of handwork. It is not produced in stock, because each watch is individual.
Due to limited capacities and a lot of manual work, we have decided against the continuous production of watches. Instead, Matthias Kieser builds all watches of a release in one piece, followed by the next release. You can make a reservation for an upcoming release. After you have finished configuring your watch, you can send us a purchase request. Please leave us your contact details. We will then send you an offer. As soon as you have confirmed this and paid a deposit of 40% of the purchase price, Matthias Kieser will start the production of your watch.
Yes! Kieser Design watches are tested to 100m or 10 bar. This means you can keep it on without worrying about washing your hands, showering and bathing. It is even suitable for swimming or snorkeling.
As the inner lining of the straps is made of genuine leather, we recommend taking the watch off before showering or bathing.
Wash with lukewarm water and a drop of washing-up liquid. If possible, do not allow the strap to come into contact with the water so that the genuine leather lining does not become brittle.
Then dry with a soft cloth. In places that cannot be reached with the cloth, you can help with a hairdryer.

An assessment of the rate accuracy is only possible after two months of operation, as a mechanical movement must first run in. If you still notice major deviations after that, please observe the rate deviation over a longer period of time (i.e. one week) and contact us.
First loosen the screw-down crown. You can carefully pull it out of the case in three steps:
- Turn clockwise in position 1, wind the movement manually.
- Turn anticlockwise in position 2, set the date.
- Turn clockwise in position 3, set the time.
Then carefully push the crown back into the case and screw the crown back in.
We give the statutory 2-year warranty on our watches.

Why do I have to wait eight to twelve weeks for my watch?
We have a small workshop where we work on our watches with a lot of manual labour. Moreover, we do not produce in stock, because every watch is different.
What guarantee do I have on my watch?
We give a 5-year guarantee on our watches.
How do I set the time and date?

Can I go diving with my watch?
Our watches are water resistant to 100m or 10 bar. You can swim and snorkel with it, but scuba diving is not possible. Please rinse the watch thoroughly with fresh water after contact with seawater.
